This is a wonderful blend of strengthening and stretching exercises where we start from the feet (the foundation) and work up to the head, neck and shoulders. We will incorporate a chair into some of the postures, however feel free to utilize the chair for the whole practice. The instruction is clear and concise and as always students are encouraged to breathe slowly and work at their own pace.
Adopting sound bio-mechanics, this practice is sure to benefit all age groups.
